Kim joined Mark A. Spence, P.A. in 2013.  She was admitted the Florida Bar in 2012. Kim earned her B.S. Degree in Business Management from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University and her J.D.

Mark  has maintained a law practice in West Pasco County since 1981, representing thousands of members of our community, litigating cases in both State and Federal Courts.
